Today’s leaders and emerging leaders face increasing pressure to deliver short term results and long term value, goals that often conflict. Leadership is lonely, and few leaders possess the full range of experience or expert thought partnership to tackle every issue they will face. That’s where coaching comes in. Cork’s approach to coaching focuses on helping leaders establish self awareness of strengths and weaknesses, and identifying specific areas for improvement with team goals and results in mind. Ultimately, our goal is to help leaders become more effective in their roles. Our coaching clients emerge with newfound knowledge and tools to build and manage key relationships internally and externally, underpinned by best in class communication skills.
Individual coaching clients are identified by an organization’s senior leadership. Each client is assigned a specific number of private coaching sessions with a Cork Certified coach. Confidential coaching sessions are executed over a specified time period based on the organization’s needs and goals. Cork provides reporting to senior leadership on coaching progress, both at the midpoint and at the conclusion of coaching.
